1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acknowledgment of Agreement

By accessing, registering with, or using the 7h7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full. These terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and 7h7. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use our services. 7h7 reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and will publish updates on the site accordingly.

1.2 Age and Eligibility

To register and play at 7h7, you must be at least 18 years of age. We strictly enforce age verification policies. Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions or countries where online gaming is prohibited. During registration, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements and that online gaming is lawful in your country. Providing false information about your age and eligibility is a serious offense and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

1.3 Jurisdiction and Legal Restrictions

If you play from an area where our services are prohibited, we may close your account and forfeit all deposits and winnings. 2. Account Registration & Use

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account at 7h7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number. All information must be true and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited. 7h7 may request identity verification documents (such as national ID card, passport, utility bill) at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player can open only one account at 7h7. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and is one of our most serious rule violations. If we discover that a player has multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and all their balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited. Attempting to abuse bonuses using multiple accounts may also result in legal action.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login information (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. You are fully responsible for all activities performed on your account, even if they occur without your authorization. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

2.4 Account Use Restrictions

Your 7h7 account is for your personal entertainment only. The account cannot be used for any commercial, professional, or business purpose. You cannot transfer, sell, or rent your account to anyone else. Account sharing or third-party access is not permitted. Playing through proxies, VPNs, or any other means is also prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from us. 7h7 monitors suspicious activity and may suspend or close accounts that break the rules.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

To play at 7h7, you need to deposit money into your account. We accept various payment methods including Mobile Banking, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and e-wallets. All deposits must be made in your own name and from your own payment method. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits are usually processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 24 hours. There is generally no fee for deposits, but your payment provider may charge.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, you need to submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24-72 hours after identity verification is complete. Withdrawals are normally sent to the same payment method you used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000 and the maximum is BDT 500,000 per transaction. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until bonus conditions are met. Additional verification may be required in cases of unusually large wins or suspicious activity.

3.3 Processing Time and Limits

After submitting a withdrawal request, 7h7 first verifies that you have met all conditions, your identity has been confirmed, and there is no suspicious activity. This verification process typically takes 24 hours. After approval, the money is sent to your payment method, which may take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system. VIP players receive priority processing and higher withdrawal limits. If your withdrawal takes more than 7 days, please contact our support team.

3.4 Fees and Charges

7h7 generally does not charge a fee for withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. If you make more than three withdrawals per month, a 2% processing fee may apply to additional withdrawals. Current exchange rates apply for currency conversions. Inactive accounts (inactive for more than 6 months) may be charged BDT 500 per month as a management fee. All fees and charges are displayed transparently at the time of transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

7h7 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Taking a bonus is completely optional. You may decline or opt out of bonuses if you wish. Once you have accepted a bonus, you cannot cancel it without meeting the conditions, and cancellation will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all money won with it. All bonuses have a specific validity period within which the wagering requirements must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before you can withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times. For example, if you receive a BDT 1000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. A maximum bet limit applies (usually BDT 500 per spin/hand) when a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

7h7 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts, collaboration or syndicate betting, delayed betting strategies, hedge betting, or any other dishonest or manipulative activity. Our system monitors unusual betting patterns and initiates investigations when suspicious activity is detected. Accounts found abusing bonuses will be closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and only original deposits may be returned. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

4.4 Promotion Changes and Cancellations

7h7 reserves the right to change, amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the case of ongoing promotions, we will try not to affect players, but in exceptional circumstances immediate changes may be necessary. Separate terms and conditions apply to each promotion, which are stated on the promotion page. All disputes regarding bonuses and promotions will be subject to the final decision of 7h7.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

7h7 believes in fair and transparent gaming. All our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) which ensure that every outcome is completely random and unbiased. We regularly have our games tested by independent third-party auditors. Players are expected to play honestly and in good faith. Cheating, collaboration, using bots, exploiting software bugs, or any other dishonest activity is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Bet Validity and Cancellations

All bets are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. 7h7 reserves the right to cancel or amend bets placed due to incorrect prices, technical errors, human error, or any other reason. If a game is canceled midway due to technical problems, all bets will be refunded unless the outcome has already been determined. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify our support team within 30 days.

5.3 Game-Specific Rules

5.4 Winning Limits and Payouts

Wins in progressive jackpot games may require additional verification and payment may be made in installments. All large wins are reviewed to ensure all rules were followed during play.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You can close your 7h7 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing, make sure there are no pending bets or active bonuses on your account and that you have withdrawn all available funds. Once an account is closed, you will not be able to log in or use the services. If you wish to return in the future, you will need to open a new account and complete the verification process again. Accounts cannot be reopened during a self-exclusion period.

8.2 7h7-Initiated Closure

7h7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we believe these terms and conditions have been violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, there are money laundering concerns, or for any other legitimate reason. In such cases, we will usually provide a reason, but in some cases we may not be able to disclose details for legal or security reasons. If your account is closed for fraud or abuse, all funds and winnings may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may appeal to our compliance team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, deposit, or bet), it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a BDT 500 monthly maintenance fee. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. If you have funds in your account and are not using it for a long time, we recommend withdrawing or keeping it active. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by contacting the support team and completing identity verification.

8.4 Funds After Closure

If there is any withdrawable balance when an account is closed and the account is closed in good standing, all funds will be returned to your registered payment method. If closed for violation of terms, 7h7 reserves the right to forfeit funds. If funds are not claimed within 90 days of account closure, they may be treated as unclaimed property. To recover funds from a closed account, contact the support team and provide full identity verification.
